What Happens When I Buy?

Within a few minutes of purchasing, you'll receive an email confirmation with a voucher number, which you can use to redeem your purchase with the merchant. Please note that some offers may require additional processing time, as specified in the offer details.

How do I redeem my offer?

Once you've received a voucher from CityBlossom, please follow the redemption instructions included with the ticket. In some cases, you may need to make reservations with the merchant. Provide the merchant with your ticket number and name unless otherwise specified.

How do I get refund?

Refunds are available up to 24 hours after the close of the sale, unless otherwise specified in offer details. Refunds cannot be granted after a show or event date has passed.

To ask for a refund, simply email support@cityblossom.com 

Provide your order ID number or ticket number, and specify which offer you would like a refund for.

How do I find my order status?

To check the status of your order:

Login to "My Account" on www.cityblossom.com, using your unique email address and password.

If you do not see your purchase under the "My Deals" section, or do not have an order confirmation email, contact support, as your order may not be complete.

Contact support by e-mailing support@cityblossom.com 

I do not have a confirmation email, what should I do?

If you have not received a confirmation email for your recent purchase:

  1. Check your junk email, sometimes emails from CityBlossom are inadvertently marked as junk.
  2. Email support@cityblossom.com to ensure that your order did go through. Provide the email address you use most frequently on CityBlossom.

ESCAPES - The hotel has no knowledge of my reservation

Please don't be alarmed. A period of at least three days is necessary between your purchase, and when the hotel receives our final sales list, that they input into their reservation system.

The front desk may not have working knowledge of the CityBlossom offer. Your reservation is still valid and will be honored. Please understand that the hotel needs time to input the BCityBlossom sales into their reservation system.

How do I reschedule my reservation?

  1. Contact the hotel directly and they will reschedule you according to their availability.
  2. Please keep in mind that CityBlossom fine prints still apply when switching your reservation.

How do I get a refund?

For our hotel offers, refunds are available up to 24 hours after the close of the sale, unless otherwise specified in offer details.

If you are within the refund period, simply e-mail support@cityblossom.com. Provide your order ID number or ticket number, and specify which offer you would like a refund for.

If the refund period has already passed, please contact the hotel directly to reschedule.
